The business of Diagnova is divided into three strategic business units:

Currently IVD enjoys a wide base of fully and semi-automated reference installations and a presence across multiple disease areas. Diagnova has an ISO certified manufacturing setup for IVD products based at Haridwar, Uttaranchal. It manufactures clinical chemistry reagents, Elisas, serology latex reagents, hematology reagents, rapid cards and malaria detection fluorescent microscopy system and tubes. Diagnova has established in-house brands like Enzokit (clinal chemistry), Eliscan (Elisas), LabLife OPR, Hep-Alert (Rapid Cards). Enzokit and Eliscan are market leaders in their respective segment. Diagnova has also recently launched in-house hematology reagents for 3 part differential; Cellect 3D and 5 part differential; Cellect 5D and fluorescent microscopy system and tubes; ParaScan for malaria detection.

The MSG Group of Diagnova markets Medical Devices in the field of Gastroenterology with its Product profile covers pH & Motility Systems, Breath test Analyzer, Cardiac Surveyor, Surgical Staplers etc. This comprehensive solutions based approach to Gastroenterology has been critical in establishing RFCL DIAGNOVA's presence as a prominent GI Player in the last few years. Diagnova MSG has a Business relationship with various principal partners across the world for different product lines such as Panther Technologies for Surgical Staplers, NI Medical for Cardiac Surveyor, RedTech of USA for pH & Motility Systems, KIAGEN of Japan for Endoscopic Disinfectors etc. The MSG group has also established its presence in emerging segments of Women Health through its Bone Densitometer with both X Ray and Ultrasound based Technology.
